Nutritional Nugget: Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds are a powerhouse of nutrition.  They contain a good amount of Iron, Vitamin B3, Zinc Magnesium and Phosphorus.  They are a delicious snack and great to top your salads.

Pumpkin seeds make a great seed milk to use in your favorite smoothies.   

Pumpkin seeds, also know as pepitas, are found in special varieties of pumpkins.  These seeds do not contain an out shell.
